We haven’t shared the value of using IMAGE CLIP® Laser Dark Heat Transfer Papers yet, so here starts our discussion. These papers are specifically designed for the heat transfer of full color images with oil or oil-less laser color copiers or color laser printers to dark and brightly colored items. For those of you who have shared our (past) frustration and difficulty when trying to print on dark items; when brilliant creative endeavors have been dashed because of high product expectations that don’t turn out as expected, this transfer paper is genius.
What we have is Laser Dark transfer paper that is an excellent product when printing on dark items such as T-shirts. We’ve found that 50-50 blends and polyester are no problem when using these papers; that the resulting prints produce rich, vibrant designs. The same holds true when printing on handbags, mouse pads, coasters, leather articles, art paper and more. Tip: choosing fabrics that are tightly woven provide even more of a quality print.
And there’s more. IMAGE CLIP® Laser Dark Transfer Paper does not need to be trimmed. It is self-weeding (a great characteristic) and leaves no background plastic polymer – another great advantage of this paper.
